QIVM keeps rider registration data (names, contact details, emergency contacts, bike details) only as long as needed to run each muster. Rider personal data is permanently deleted 12 months after an event finishes; only anonymised totals needed for accounting are kept after that. Newsletter subscribers are kept separately and are not affected by this 12 month rule — they stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed.

Sponsor enquiry details (business name, contact name, email, phone) are kept for follow-up and are not added to the newsletter automatically, and are not subject to the 12 month rider-data rule. You can ask us to delete a sponsor enquiry at any time by emailing the contact address in the footer.
